Evgenii Tiapkin is the Executive Director at Freedom24, the European division of Freedom Holding Corp., a Nasdaq-listed financial conglomerate. With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, he has played a crucial role in establishing the company’s presence across the European Union. He began his career as an analyst in 2004 while studying at Moscow State University, later moving into portfolio management and executive leadership roles in Ukraine and Cyprus.

Since moving to Cyprus in 2014, Evgenii has led the transformation of Freedom24 into one of the fastest-growing brokerage platforms in Europe, overseeing the launch of a regulated brokerage and driving the company’s strategic expansion across the region.
